Order Policies

Submitting an order request does not automatically confirm your order. After your request is received, I will review the event date, theme, package size, design details, and availability. Please place orders at least 7 days in advance when possible. Rush orders may be accepted depending on availability and design complexity. Your order is confirmed once the details are reviewed and payment terms are met.

Treat Titan creates custom dipped treats based on your theme, colors, event type, and package selection. Inspiration photos are welcome and may be used to guide the design, but exact replication is not guaranteed. Each set is custom made by hand, so final designs may vary slightly. Final designs may vary slightly as each set is custom made by hand. Colors and details may also vary due to ingredient availability, lighting, screen settings, and handmade production.

A 50% deposit is required to secure your order and add it to the production schedule. Your order is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. Invoices may be sent through a third-party payment provider, such as Square. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before delivery. Orders must be paid in full before delivery.

Small changes may be accepted depending on timing, availability, and design complexity. Changes requested close to the event date may not be possible once supplies have been purchased or production has started. Major design changes may require updated pricing. Because each order is custom made, refunds may not be available once production has started.

Treat Titan currently offers local delivery only. Weekday deliveries are available after 5 PM. Weekend deliveries may be available during the day depending on schedule, location, and order timing. Delivery details will be confirmed before your order is finalized. Additional delivery fees may apply based on distance. Orders must be paid in full before delivery.

Treat Titan products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including milk, wheat, soy, eggs, peanuts, and tree nuts. Products are made in a home kitchen and are not made in an allergen-free facility. Cross-contact may occur. Customers are responsible for sharing allergy concerns before placing an order. Treat Titan may decline orders when allergy safety cannot be reasonably managed.

Treat Titan uses a variety of ingredients depending on the package, theme, and design. Common ingredients may include chocolate-flavored coating or almond bark, sandwich cookies, pretzel rods, rice cereal treats, candy melts, sprinkles, edible decorations, food coloring, edible dusts, and other theme-based decorative elements. Ingredient details may vary by order. Please ask about specific ingredients before placing an order if you have dietary restrictions, allergies, or ingredient concerns.

Treat Titan products are made in a cottage food operation. Products are made in a home kitchen and are prepared, packaged, and labeled according to applicable cottage food requirements. Please review all ingredient and allergen information before ordering.

Treats should be stored in a cool, dry place away from heat and direct sunlight. Chocolate-dipped treats may melt or soften if exposed to heat. Customers are responsible for proper storage after delivery. For best quality, treats should be enjoyed within the recommended timeframe provided with your order.
